Overview
Client Brief.
Endress+Hauser (E+H) is a leading supplier of products, solutions and services for industrial process measurement and automation. We were tasked with leveraging ‘measurement’ and ‘monitoring’ of remote equipments as a service specifically for their client, MPW Industrial Water Services that runs a fleet of water trailers equipped with E+H's IIoT instruments.

The SaaS solution Netilion AquaControl provides E+H and their clients with the functionality to remotely monitor their equipment, with capabilities of predictive analysis, customized interface for different types of users and cross-platform compatibility across mobile, desktop and tablets.
Impact & Next Steps
The proposed solution was appreciated by the client and has been shared at the global E+H headquarters in Switzerland.
The manufacturing mammoth plans on incorporating certain modules of Netilion AquaControl and expanding their current offerings based on the insights gathered during the project.


Reflection
Learnings
Every day of this 10-week project, I felt I grew in my UX design and research skills, while also learning to apply new business tools first-hand. I improved on my client presentations, learnt how to be succinct yet thorough in sharing insights and solutions with the client.
